All products shown on the site can be viewed and tried out in our store in WestEnd, where we are happy to help answer any questions.
We mainly offer second hand products, so we can only give out invoices with 0% VAT. We always offer warranty with the purchase contract and many iPhone, Mac and iPad devices still have Apple warranty. Warranty information is highlighted on the product pages in our webshop.
To order a product from us, send us an email to [email protected] with your name, address and phone number, plus of course the information about the product.
After we process the order, we will send you a reply with the details of the delivery, so that you can pick up the product the next day (if the email arrives before 1:30 pm).
Our packages are delivered through the PDS courier delivery service company. The cost of this varries based on the product from HUF 2500 to HUF 4500. Upon delivery the purchase price has to be paid to the delivery staff in cash. If you have more questions about the process, contact us.
The devices can be tried out in the store. We can factor in the price your old iPhone, iPad or MacBook or we buy it from you for cash.
The iSamurai name has become a trademark in the Hungarian iPhone community and we'd like to improve on this with offering second hand products. We plan for the long term, so our goal is customer satissfactuib and provide trusted service at a reasonable price.
