The time this process takes
The time it takes to diagnose an issue and repair it could take 1‑or 2 weeks.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you a replacement device for this time.
Usually it takes 3-5 days to prepare the price offer, when that’s finished our colleagues notify the customer and send them the result of the diagnosis, the price bid and the possible risks involved.
(Devices that had water damage are cleaned in time - but diagnosis has to wait a bit in those cases as well.)
After these are accepted in an email, and if there are any questions we start the repair after a phone conversation.
Depending on the type of the issue this can take a further 1‑5 working days.
